A Wedding Cake

This cake I must say is my favorite. Even though I've made many cakes and a few Quinceanera cakes, this was the first wedding cake I was asked to do. I know it will be the first of many! It was a vanilla cake with bavarian cream and raspberry filling.

The following cakes are ones that I've made for special occasions such as 15th Birthday Presentations (Quinceaneras).

Baptism / Christening Cake

Here's a cake I did for my nephew's baptism (christening). In going with the theme of a Lil' Angel I created this cake for him.

Graduation Cake

I made this cake last year for my nieces's 8th grad Graduation party. I drew their faces on the cake to try something different. It was a big hit with the girls!

HULA GIRL

Here's a cake I made for a Hawaiian Themed party. I really had fun making this one and to date she's my favorite.

I created her using all fondant (except her hair which is chocolate). She's half chocolate and half vanilla with a strawberry shortcake filling, Mmmmm. Oh and I even added a surprise under the coconuts!

LA Dodgers Cake

This is a cake I did for my Godson when he turned 15.

I incorporated things that he was and is a fan of, like his love for the LA Dodger's, Bananas in Pajamas (a cartoon for lil' tots) and football.
